Years ago I first heard Wayne Dyer asked the question what do you get when you squeeze an orange? Of course the answer is orange juice. The next question is why? The answer is because that’s is what’s inside.

What we eat and drink and how we think also affects our health. If we’re always focusing on problems, grievances and are in in a state of fear we are putting tremendous stress on our physical self. We cannot achieve our business development goals or any other goals for that matter unless we are in a state of positive physical energy (How do you think I know this?)
it is very easy to evaluate our physical self just pause and ask yourself how do I how do I feel? If you are happy at peace excited and positive that’s the state we are intended to be in. If you’re not then then you are well served by examining a self development program that will work for you. I have many recommendations – just ask.
Another evaluation process is to examine what you write and what you say. What comes out of your mouth what comes out of your pen it’s all reflective of what is inside you. You can’t call another a derogatory name without having that feeling that experience inside you. Any judgment of another is a reflection of yourself when you adopt these principles of being physically healthy and being in a state of love rather than fear it does not mean that everyone that you want to reach will pay attention to you. it will mean you are attracted to those who you are intended to reach and that is how you grow your business and achieve and achieve relationship goals and happiness goals
